Required Skills:

Experience using Polyurethane Foam in a developmental or formulation setting

Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry

Understanding of polymer chemistry and structure property relationships

Strong mechanical aptitude

Experience in data collection, manipulation and analysis

Travel up to 25%

Additional Desired Skills:

5 or more years lab experience in product development/application is desired
